Handrail entry

Automatic refueling

PLC controls the automatic refueling system, and achieves the ideal automatic lubrication for the gearing chain in the progress of operation of the escalator. It can not only reduce the load of daily maintenance, but also prolong the service life of transmission mechanism.

Inner cascade chain in the roller

The roller is put inside in the specially designed roller cascade chain, which can effectively lower the noise in the operation, and make it more peaceful and quite.

Vertical traction machine

It has a smooth meshing and reduces the friction and lower over 60% noise. Comparing with the traditional worm drive, it has stronger motivation efficiency.

Cascade alarming lights

The green fluorescent lamp is installed under the upper and lower step pedal. When the connecting cascade separates in the operation, the green fluorescent lamp will light from the space of the steps to help passengers identify the horizontal segment of entry and exit to improve the safety of the escalator.

High precision ladder roadside guide system

The guide system uses a large section lead rail with shoulders, and achieved high precision horizontal positioning of the steps. It can effectively assure the minimum gap between the steps and skirting panel, which decreases the risk of intercalating of objects between the skirting panel and steps.

The brush of skirting panel

The brush on both sides of the skirting panel above the steps can prevent passengers’ shoes from touching the skirting panel and effectively avoid objects being drawn into the steps.

The fault display

When some faults occur, the fault code will be displayed on the screen. It can ensure that the fault position can be identified in the shortest time. Thus the efficiency of the maintenance could be improved.

Optional Function

Running direction indicator

The running direction and forbidden display mark have been placed in the inlet and outlet of the handrail. The obvious running or forbidden instruction ensures the safe riding of the passengers with great ease.

The illumination of the combs

The device of illumination is installed on the skirting panel near the combs to light the steps and combs to ensure passengers take the escalator safety.

Heating device

There are 3 heating devices in every escalator. The upper one was installed near the main engine in the upper machine room. The middle one was installed in the middle part of the escalator, and the nether one was installed in the nether machine room, which mainly heats the whole ladderway.

Handrail illumination

The illumination device was installed in the handrail bracket. The soft light adds some flexibility to the operating escalator.

Skirting panel illumination

The illumination light of the skirting panel was streamlined along the stair steps. When it operates, the light is beautiful and elegant. What’s more, it also highlights the escalator in the whole building that makes passengers feel more comfortable and safe.

Automatic start-up and cease

The infrared sensor near the floor panel could detect the passengers near the escalator, and switch on automatically. When all the passengers leave, the escalator will cease automatically to save energy. 11 has two options: scanning sensor and guide peg.
